My parents came up to visit for Mothers Day, that Saturday morning my mom mentioned how she had been having a horrible side pain since the day before, and that it kept her up all night. Well Steve and I told her she needed to go to the hospital because it sounded like appendicitis because Steve had had his removed, well sure enough it was and she had it removed Saturday night (what a great Mothers Day huh!). The surgery went so well they released her the next day (Sunday) and she was able to be here for Mothers Day dinner. We had my parents, Steve's Mom, his brother Gary and his family, and my sister Brittani and her family came up from Manti for dinner. Steve made dutch oven pork ribs, they were sooo YUMMY! For Mothers Day Steve gave me the most beautiful flowers and built me some shelves for my craft room downstairs, he is so amazing there is not anything he can't do! After dinner all the guys played dodge ball in the back, it was fun watching them get nailed!
